Greystone Efficiencies are located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Weirs Beach and Alton Bay. We are directly on Lake Winnipesaukee with 270 feet of waterfront and what many have called “the best view on the lake”. We have a 180 degree panoramic view of the Ossipee Mountains and can watch the sunset and sunrise over the lake. Greystone is within 10 minutes of Weirs Beach, grocery stores and restaurants.
We are a smoke-free property with a two-story building consisting of 8 simple and clean efficiency units. The lower four walk out to the lawn and water, and the upper four have their own balconies.
