We are located at the end of a dead-end road so it is quiet yet we are only a 5 minute walk to all the activity in the Weirs!

Our cottages sleep 2 to 6 bikers and are fully housekeeping.

We offer a 3 night minimum the first part of bike week and then a 5 night minimum the second part of bike week. A full week rental may be available in some cottages.

JUST 3 MILES NORTH OF WEIRS BEACH ON MEREDITH BAY

Three cabins available! Each cottage sleeps 2-3 singles (9 total) or 2 couples (6 couples total). $1400/per cabin from Wednesday to Sunday or $2400/per cabin for the whole rally. Private beach with FIRE PIT!

A quiet & secure motel on the Winnipesaukee shore front in Gilford, 5 miles from Weirs Beach. We provide water and towels for bike washing and secure parking for trailors. The location provides easy access to Weirs Beach, Meadowbrook(concerts), NH Speedway and all the other major events. Our rates range from $130 to $175 per night depending on the room and dates during bike week. All efficiencies and motel rooms accomodate 1 or 2 adults max and are non-smoking. All rooms provide in room phones, AC, CATV, LCD TV sets, and WIFI.

Channel Waterfront Cottages is where you want to be on Lake Winnipesaukee, in Weirs Beach, New Hampshire. Offering 15 unique 1, 2 and 3+ bedroom vacation rental cottages with A/C, WI~FI and most with fully equipped kitchens.  Completely refurbished.  Very clean and comfortable, mostly couples and families. Park at your door and 3 minute walk to Weirs Beach Boardwalk, Restaurants, Shopping, Attractions and Convenience.
