Vendor Information for Laconia Motorcycle Week® 2023
To become a vendor in the City of Laconia, you must first reserve (rent) space through a property owner then obtain a license to operate from the City of Laconia. A list of some property owners is located below (click on tabs to the left for detailed info on each space). Visit the City of Laconia’s Licensing Department for more information on permitting.
If you vend in other towns, this process may be different- please check with each town for details on permitting. Please note that the following terms (trademarks) are available for licensing through the Laconia Motorcycle Week Association: Laconia Motorcycle Week®, Laconia Bike Week®, The World’s Oldest Motorcycle Rally®, Laconia Motorcycle Rally®, In Laconia, We Ride®, America’s Original Riding Rally®. The Laconia Motorcycle Week® Association does not directly handle bookings for bands or other forms of entertainment. Please contact businesses (restaurants/bars) and/or property owners directly. Most contact information can be found on our vendor page or Patrons section. Some of the places that have live entertainment include:
NH Motor Speedway, the Naswa Resort, the Big House, Tower Hill Tavern, the Wreck Yard, Sucker Punch Saloon, the Looney Bin, Boardwalk Bar & Grill, and High Octane Saloon (formerly Broken Spoke). There are many other locations as well – these are just some of our favorites.

RENTAL LOCATION INFORMATION:
The City of Laconia has spaces available on the Boardwalk on Lakeside Avenue — 18 spaces, 10’ x 12’, $1,750 each. Also available on Weirs Blvd. (U.S. Route 3), the main road between Laconia and Weirs Beach, is a large 12’ x 75’ space, $2,000 for entire space. This space can also be divided into six 12’ x 12’ spaces for $550 each, depending upon demand.

NH Motor Speedway is the Demo Headquarters for the Rally!
Less than 20 miles from Weirs Beach, located in Loudon, the NH Motor Speedway is home to USCRA Vintage Racing, the Loudon Classic Super Bike Racing and is home to major motorcycle manufactures hosting demos all week-long. NHMS also offers affordable camping on-site!

Each site is 15ft wide (along the road) by 20ft. deep; have access to 20 and 30 amp power as well as city water.
The sites are all pavement, so driving stakes into the ground is not allowed, but other than that they have proven to be quite effective vendor locations over the years.
